Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel the purchase, without giving any reason.

How to request a return

• Email pedidos@rmdecor.site with your order number and the items you want to return.
• We send you the return instructions. We pay the return shipping, including when you simply change your mind.
• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us your decision.

Condition of the items

Return them unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; if it comes back damaged by handling beyond what was needed to check it, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Refund

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof that you shipped it). The refund goes back to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email pedidos@rmdecor.site with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by emailing us and we'll refund the full amount.
